    The consultant in the Royal divan talks about his administrative experience in (Tajribati) 

                 Asharqia Chamber represented by Youth Business Council hosts the consultant in royal divan, Eng. Ali Al Naimi, the former Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, in the evening of Wednesday, January 18 in the Chamber main headquarters in Dammam.
    Al Naimi talks about the most important professional events that record the successes that led him to the top of the job hierarchy and the most prominent experience in the oil and gas and business sector, introducing the professional life the basics of the administrative work to the young businessmen and the upcoming ones, which helps the person to achieve himself and will benefit him and people around him at the same time, it also spots the challenges he faced during his career and his experience with the young Saudi leaders.
    Al Naimi also addressing young people in his book "Out of the desert .. my journey from a Bedouin to the heart of the oil world", "Out of the Desert" in 300 pages, about joining oil giant Saudi Aramco in 1947, and then gradually in the office to become the head in the years 1983 and 1995, and then the minister of Petroleum.
    Eng. Al Naimi has a unique administrative experience, before he took the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals, before heading Saudi Aramco as the Chiefs Executive who ranked Saudi Aramco with the global giant companies, also contributed during the period he was in charge over the company to promote the Saudization through  the huge and distinctive training programs given to the company employees, as well as the improvement of the regulations and the caring about the productive individual.
    Worth Mentioning is that the meeting is in "Tajribati" program, which is one of the programs implemented by the Chamber of the Council of Young Businessmen in order to transfer the pioneer generation experiences or the successful figures in the field of business and management, and documenting these experiences for reference in the Chamber and the Council. This program is considered an honoring, thanking and appreciation to those figures who gave so much for the economy of the region.
